Summary: Twin River Auto makes a pretty good, unassuming and helpful impression on you at first, but I bought a car 5 days ago and was not given temporary dealership plates or the title to the car yet. Thus, I can't drive it yet and I have had to call them anytime I have questions. I will update this review if anything worse or better comes of this mess of an ordeal.

I had tint done on a new car less than 3 years ago. When there I was told there were light, medium, and dark. I chose medium. Tint has faded (est. 70% gone) so much that when wiper blades move or if windows are rolled down there is a clear definitive difference. I was told this tint came with a life-time warranty. When I spoke with Joe Stafford he said I would have to pay $135 to replace the tint. That their lifetime warranty meant 2 years. That it was my mistake for not purchasing the higher quality tint since they have different qualities of tint. He said that Tint America basically lied to me when I told him that their warranty meant lifetime and that they said tint should last 12-15 years. Tint only lasts 2 years? News to me. Lesson learned, go to somewhere that means LIFETIME.

Replaced rear differential with used unit from "another source" in October. In June of following year, differential bit the dust completely. Mangled bolts, gears destroyed. Would not stand by workmanship or part. Claimed part was needed for different model when in fact this was not the case. He ordered replacement from "outside source" days after notification of defunct part when we had sought help elsewhere. Offered to deliver part to us, then refused -- offered to stand by work or refund money. Would avoid this business.

Let me tell you, I had bad service at a local dealership in la quinta. Then I heard about Palm springs nissan. I was able to meet and talk to the service manager Paul who went over my service records. I left my car there in the morning and Paul told me he would call me when my car was done and he did!!! I was able to pick up my car that same day...
If you want good service by people who car please take my advise and go to Palm Springs Nissan!!!!

Well I can't talk about the sales staff since I bought my car there (three in total over the years) over two years ago, but the service department leaves a lot to be desired now, it seems like they do what they want when they want and no one cares enough at the dealer to change it. Perhaps Andreas should walk the dealer every now and then and talk to the customers
