I purchased my car from Jims Auto Sales in Cashmere about 2 1/2 years ago and this is the best used car that I have ever purchased. My SUV continues to be a great running car and the only problem that I have had was that it needed a radiator flush. Being a single mom, I needed a reliable car but I not knowing much about cars, Jims Auto was the right choice. There was no rush sales, and the sales man took his time explaining me about keeping up the maintenance on used cars. The Salesmen at Jims Auto Sales care about their community and want customers to be 100% satisfied with the car they purchase. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good reliable car, to get it from Jims..Thank You for selling me a great car!

I was tailed by an Blue Chevy Trail Blazer 60L6922 Bull Frog Authorized Agent at a light on Bandera rd. They honked at me because I didn't turn fast enough, then followed me into the Bandera Bowl center. I parked and the guy pulled up right on me so I reversed out & drove around. I had my 3 little children in the car with me. This maniac follows us in the parking lot, then follows & watches us as we drive to park again. I call BullFrog to let them know & guess what, the owners are all family. The guy who answered the phone tried to make me feel like I was at fault. I should have called the police on them but I told the man I wanted to give him a chance to explain to me why someone who works for them would do such a crazy thing to hurt an entire family? This all happened 2/12/10 around 2pm in the area of Bandera & Huebner. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE.

We purchased a Ford Truck in December, 2009 from Bull Frog Motors. BUYERS BEWARE! We had to replace transmission within the first month and have had many repairs since. This truck was and is a piece of junk! The printed out history of service on this truck was bogas. Never buy anything from these people. Now our money is gone and we have a piece of junk.

I went last weekend to look at a car and the customer service was bad. Then when I tried to talk to the manager about dealing a cash price on the car that I liked, he tried to sell it to me for $200.00 more then what it was listed on the Internet; and if that wasen't enough the manager tryed to deny the price until I showed him the Internet add about the car. Then he told that the car was purchased at an auction and he had not cheked it yet..
